Located in Middletown, Kentucky, JTH Properties, LLC was established in 1998 by Jim Hafendorfer who had the vision of developing a series of flex-space office buildings specifically targeted for small businesses in the Louisville area. His plan was to build a strategically located campus of commercial office buildings near Bluegrass Industrial Park, Eastpoint Business Center and Middletown Industrial and just minutes from downtown Louisville, Kentucky. The campus would be developed in 4 phases. Three of those phases are complete and the fourth and final phase is scheduled to break ground in the spring of 2013.

Each flex-space building included in Phase II and III is 7200 square feet and offers the option of warehouse or office space. The buildings are built-to-suit and are sub-dividable.

The first building under Phase I was constructed in 1998 and serves as the main office and warehouse space for Jim Hafendorfer’s businesses, which include JTH Properties, LLC; Hafendorfer Machine Inc.; Jungle Jim’s Accessory Products, Inc.; and Jungle Jim’s Lawn Service, Inc.

Phase II was constructed in 2001 and includes two (2) 7200 square foot properties – Buildings 440 and 450 on Commercial Drive in Middletown, Kentucky.

Phase III was constructed in 2006 and also includes two (2) 7200 square foot properties – Buildings 509 and 511 on O’Byrne Avenue in Middletown, Kentucky.
